Moulded case circuit breaker fitted with overload protection. Boiler on–auto–off selector switch. Low pressure switch. High pressure switch. Intermediate pressure switch. Pump on-off switch. Load selection switch (10 to 100% of full load). Ammeter switch. Lamp test switch. Pressure modulating controller (ES20, ES40 and ES90).
Control Panel Indications:
Boiler circuit breaker closed. Boiler on. High pressure. Low pressure. Voltmeter. Ammeter – with selector switch for each phase.
Optional Controls:
Time Switch. Remote on/off selection. Remote indication of boiler on, pump tripped, boiler load, boiler pressure
FITTINGS AND MOUNTINGS:
Pressure gauge. Water level gauge with blowdown cock. Blowdown valve. Steam stop valve. Safety valve.
Optional Fittings:
Second safety valve, standby feedwater pump.
FEEDWATER TANK:
Mounted on stand on common chassis with vessel and controls cubicle. Manufactured from mild steel and internally coated to withstand high water temperature
FEEDWATER PUMP:
Piston pump (ES5 and ES10). Centrifugal pump (ES20, ES40 and ES90). Pump is high pressure, heavy duty and fitted with TEFC motor. Pump is mounted on chassis below feedwater tank
SKID BASE:
Welded from mild steel channel with a foundation hole at each corner.
LIFTING:
A lifting lug is fitted at each corner of the skid base. The top cover/electrode assembly is fitted with lifting lugs - see general arrangement drawing for clearance height required to lifting hook. Lifting equipment must be provided to enable the top cover/electrode assembly to be removed from the boiler vessel and lowered to the floor level
